Pastor Alex and Jennifer, together with their children Sarah and Asafe, have been working for the past 7 years in Povoado Corrente, a small village in the sertão area of Jardim Ceará, Brazil, with World Christian Mission.

The Bread House Project

The Bread House Project provides both physical and spiritual care for children age 6 -12 years old. They offer school reinforcement, Bible studies, fun activities and snacks for 30 kids once a week. Their plan is soon to offer the program two days a week.

The Project has been blessed with a small piece of land where they plan to build a house unit to serve the activities, equipped with a kitchen, pantry, toilets and a lounge area. This will allow them to increase the number of kids that can be received by the project.

Construction cost is estimated in $8000 USD (43000 BRL).
